1 Round of Strict Cindy is:
5 strict pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats


Score: Time to complete all 4 rounds
Goal: 40-60 minutes


Workout Levels

RX: 20/14 Weight Vest
Intermediate: Body Weight
Scaled: Banded Strict
Pull-Ups or Ring Rows
Knee Push-Ups


If you don’t have access to any equipment, you can perform a modified round:
10 push-ups, 15 air-squats, 20 sit-ups!
