Saturday June 13th, 2020

Washington D.C.

FLEX On the Mall is back for its 6th year of amazing competition in the shadow of the Washington Monument with a view of the United States Capitol building! Seriously, this is the most photogenic event in the history of freedom loving exercise.

This is a co-ed competition for teams of 4 (2M/2F) with Rx, Scaled and Masters divisions!

Each event uses our famous peer judging and rotating WOD stations to keep athletes active and involved throughout the day.

You asked for it, and we heard you … introducing our brand new masters division for athletes 35 years and older!

Grab your swolemates and get registered today – before prices go up in April!

The park is home to some of our nation’s most recognizable monuments, memorials and important events: presidential inaugurations, social and political demonstrations, and historical commemorations. It serves as a symbol of our democracy and provides every American and international visitor a chance to connect with our country’s history and heroes.
