INTERMEDIATE (40s/25s or heavier)

SCALED (30s/15s or heavier) 

Barbell Option:

15-minute AMRAP

15 Hang Power Cleans 

15 Front Squats 

30 Push-ups 

RX (135/95)

INTERMEDIATE (115/75 or heavier)

SCALED (75/55 or heavier) 

Kettlebell Option:

15-minute AMRAP

15 Russian KB Swings (eye level)

15 Goblet Squats 

30 Push-ups 

RX (70/53)

INTERMEDIATE (53/35 or heavier)

SCALED (35/26 or heavier) 

No Gear Option:

15-minute AMRAP

30 Jumping Squats 

30 Push-ups 

RX (Jumping Squats) 

INTERMEDIATE (Jumping Squats)

SCALED (Air Squats) 

Push-ups:

RX Athletes will do 30 regular pushups each round. Intermediate athletes will do 15 regular pushups + 15 knee pushups each round. Scaled athletes will do 30 knee pushups each round.
